MAKING THE MOST OF THE SEASONS OF YOUR LIFE (2)

Hello there,

I trust that you had a good week and that you are already applying some of the strategies I shared with you last week. I will be sharing more strategies as I promised.

VII. Identify your God-ordained purpose and stay connected to it. Your purpose is the reason you were created, and it is important to your self-esteem, satisfaction, contentedness, and sense of value in every season of your life

VIII. Stay connected to Holy Spirit and never stop growing in your personal relationship with Him. The Holy Spirit is your teacher, encourager, guide, and friend always.

IX. Strive to be financially secure in every season: whether during motherhood, midlife, and even in retirement. Whatever your hand finds to do at each season do it and do it excellently well and your reward will come.

X. For each season, find your own company or community or tribe that will serve as your support system during challenging times. Life is not meant to be lived in isolation. The bible says two are better than one, for if one falls, the other will hold him up. The bible also says that a threefold cord is not easily broken. So, locate yourself in a company.
XI. Deal with the issues of the seasons. Do not ignore them or pretend that they do not exist. If your health is failing, seek help, if your marriage has lost its spark, do what you can to rejuvenate it, do whatever you need to do to make your life more satisfactory.
XII. Love yourself unconditionally and never compare yourself with anyone else. Apostle Paul says you are unwise if you do so. Above all, remember that God loves and accepts you unconditionally in season and out of season. Learn to cast your cares upon Him for He cares.

Life is a lively process of becoming, ladies. So, “Learn to enjoy every minute of your life. Be happy now. (Be happy tomorrow). Don’t wait for something outside of yourself to make you happy in the future. Think how really precious the time is you have to spend, whether it’s at work or with your family” (Earl Nightingale). Every season of your life as a woman should be enjoyed, not endured.

Yours in service

IN HIS PRESENCE is written by Oke Chinye.
Have you asked Jesus Christ to come into your heart?

He says in Mathew 11:28, “come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” He longs to give you rest."

Would you like to do so now? Here’s a prayer you can say:
Dear Jesus, I believe that You died to save me from all my sins. Today, I invite you into my heart and I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. Please forgive all my sins and help me to live my life for You.

If you prayed this prayer, send me an email at rockteachingministry@gmail.com

I would love to pray with you personally and send you a copy of my book; ‘Living the Life’ to encourage you as you begin your new life in Christ.
