THE TOTALITY OF GOD’S WORD

Read: 2 Timothy 3:16–17

Meditation Verse:

“For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” (Hebrews 4:12)

God’s Word is powerful and capable of transforming every area of your life.

2 Timothy 3:16–17 declares: “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

There is a Word for every situation you are facing:

• Are you confused and seeking clarity?

• Do you need a business idea or wisdom for decision-making?

• Are you parenting and needing guidance?

• Are you married and wanting to be a better spouse?

• Do you feel stuck, afraid, or directionless?

• Are you building a team, leading people, or longing for deeper fellowship with God?

Whatever your need, the Bible has the answer.

Psalm 119:105 says, “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.”
Psalm 119:130 adds, “The entrance of Your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.”
Proverbs 2:6 reminds us, “The Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.”

Joshua 1:8 tells us how to succeed:
“This Book of the Law shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate in it day and night… then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

So make meditating on God’s Word a daily priority.
In it is light, truth, wisdom, and the power to make your way prosperous and successful in every area of life.

He says in Mathew 11:28, “come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” He longs to give you rest."
