TO EVERYTHING THERE IS A SEASON
Read: Ecclesiastes 3:1-8
Meditation verse:
“To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven” (Ecclesiastes 3:1)
Our lives are in seasons and transitions. From the moment you are born, you enter a circle of time and move through life from one season to another. Your ability to recognize and manage the activities that each season demands is what differentiates those who maximize their seasons from those who do simply drift through theirs.
The bible says that there is a season for everything and a time for every purpose under heaven. Whatever season you are currently in, there is purpose being worked out in your life. So, instead of being resentful embrace each season with gratitude and strive to make the most of it. When you do, your level of contentment will increase, and you will be more patient with yourself.
Always have a vision and a plan, no matter how hazy it is at that point in time. Life planning is simply a proactive approach to life which determines your next step and beyond, thereby allowing you to get the most out of life. If you don’t know where you are going, you would end up someplace. Strive to earn income in every season, no matter how little, even in your retirement season. Whatever your hand finds to do at each season do it and do it excellently well and your reward will come.
Lastly, stay connected to God. John 15:5-6 says: “I am the vine; you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned”. As long as you are in Him, your life will blossom.

Have you asked Jesus Christ to come into your heart?
He says in Mathew 11:28, “come unto me all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” He longs to give you rest."
Would you like to do so now? Here’s a prayer you can say:
Dear Jesus, I believe that You died to save me from all my sins. Today, I invite you into my heart and I accept you as my Lord and Saviour. Please forgive all my sins and help me to live my life for You.
If you prayed this prayer, send me an email at rockteachingministry@gmail.com
I would love to pray with you personally and send you a copy of my book; ‘Living the Life’ to encourage you as you begin your new life in Christ.
